Smokehouse Meat Rub
Our Smokehouse Meat Rub can accompany any choice cut of meat and has been created to best complement meat smokers.
INGREDIENTS: Brown Sugar, Sea Salt, Paprika, Natural Evaporated Cane Juice, Ginger, Allspice, Dried Onion & Garlic, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Celery, Cayenne Pepper.
Uses: Pork Ribs, Pork Butts, or with any choice cut of meat.
Tips: Moisten the meat with vegetable or olive oil then apply a heavy layer of the rub on the meat for 3-24 hours before putting it in the smoker.
